Application for admission should be made on the prescribed form by parents or guardian who will be responsible to the head of the school for the pupil’s conduct, punctuality, regular attendance, progress in school and payment of fees.

The Principal reserves the right of refusing admission to a pupil without ascribing any reason in it. He also reserves the right of refusing continued studies of any pupil whose conduct is not satisfactory.

As regular attendance is an important element for successful school work, no student should absent himself / herself from class without sufficient reasons. No special/ extra classes will be conducted for students absent during regular classes (Both theory and practical).

Periodic tests are found necessary to assess the ingenuity and studious nature of students. It also promotes healthy competition among students and help them to be aware of their own short comings and failures in their study habits, holding on to these principles, we conduct three Mid - Term Test and three Terminal Examinations. One must not absent oneself from any of these examinations expect when prevented by reason of health, in which case a Medical Certificate may be submitted in advance. These tests cannot be deferred or anticipated to suit individual convenience. No re-examination will be conducted in any subject. Absence from or failure in a subject excludes a student from being reckoned for the order of merit.

The school conducts open day for the parents / guardians to meet the Principal, Administrative staff , Class teachers and Subject teachers on few occasions in an academic year. The day and date for 'open day' will be informed through the HAND BOOK. It is obligatory on the part of the parents to call on the school and to meet the members of the staff concerned to know about their wards’ academic performance.
